Our investiments are focused on mineral properties that meet the following criteria:
 


Advanced stage exploration projects set up for development
 

Existing mining operations with potencial for staged growth or efficiency improved



Properties with past producing mines with potential for resource expansion and restart of production but which are currently closed
 
Existing operations with a favorable cash flow perspective but which require an investment to optimize or expanded.
Projects we are looking for
As we are identifying properties that meet these criteria, we are:
 
Negotiating operations agreements, joint ventures or option agreements.
 
Raising private and public capital to fund development and growth.
